It is located in an old village built at the beginning of the 20th century to house the workers and managers of the Os Peares hydroelectric dam, in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra, at the confluence of the Miño and Sil Rivers, a unique natural environment.
Restored in 2009 by Gas Natural Fenosa, it is now a modern and functional facility, made up of 12 buildings distributed in three nuclei with 47 classrooms, 8 accommodation buildings with a capacity of 289 places, a canteen building with an infirmary, a games building and a commercial building with classrooms for small groups.
